PURPOSE: A method of making noodles mixed with bean soup(kongkukmul), radish water kimchi soup(dongchimikukmul) or water kimchi soup(mulkimchikukmul) by mixing noodles containing ramyun, udon, knife noodles or the like, with radish water kimchi soup, water kimchi soup, bean soup, kelp soup or the like is provided. The product is rich in nutrients and has characteristic taste and flavor of various raw materials. CONSTITUTION: To produce the titled soup noodles, white beans are soaked in water, heated and mixed with bean soup, radish water kimchi soup, water kimchi soup, kelp soup or the like to give a soup product. The obtained soup product is mixed with noodles, heated and then added with roasted sesame. The radish water kimchi soup is prepared by mixing radish, leaf mustard, radish leaves, garlic bulbs, ginger, sliced pear, red pepper, green pepper, green onion, salt or the like, with water.
