PURPOSE: A solar photovoltaic power generation system for tracking maximum power is provided to maintain the power of a solar cell array to a battery at a maximum level by tracking the maximum value of the power. CONSTITUTION: A solar photovoltaic power generation system includes a generation unit including a solar cell array, a converter unit for charging the generated electric power, a storage unit for storing the charged electric power, and a control unit for controlling the generation unit, the converter unit, and the storage unit. The converter performs a PWM process and a maximum power tracking process. The PWM process is to control a charging voltage according to a PWM signal of the control unit. The maximum power tracking process is to detect voltage and current from the solar cell and the battery and control the charged current by using a difference between temporary power values.
