PURPOSE: A portable emergency lamp is provided to prevent a formation of shadow in the area formed between 20cm focuses when a lamp is lightened 2m ahead. CONSTITUTION: A portable emergency lamp comprises a plate spring(130) fixed at a bracket(103) formed integrally with a section plate(102) arranged in front of a lower housing(101) of a case in such a manner that the plate spring electrically contacts the positive pole of a battery(90); a first coil spring(140) inserted and fixed in a space(104a) formed in a section plate(104) arranged in rear of the lower housing in such a manner that the first coil spring electrically contacts the negative pole of the battery; a second coil spring(150) inserted in a circular bracket(105) formed integrally with the section plate(102) in such a manner that the second coil spring electrically contacts the first coil spring and elastically supports a lamp(92); a reflector plate(160) having a through hole(160a) for insertion of the lamp, and which irregularly reflects the light emitted from the lamp; and a protector plate(170) mounted on the front surface of the reflector plate, and which has a plurality of concentric circle grooves(172) formed at the inner surface of the protector plate so as to prevent a formation of shadow in the area formed between 20cm focuses, from the light reflected by the reflector plate.
