LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE AND FABRICATION METHOD OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH REALIZING VERY THIN AND LIGHT LCD DEVICE WITHOUT DAMAGING MECHANICAL INTENSITY
PURPOSE: An LCD device and a fabrication method of the LCD device are provided to realize a very thin and light LCD device without damaging mechanical intensity, and to use the LCD device for an electronic apparatus, thereby obtaining a wider space to be used for an IC. CONSTITUTION: The first plastic substrate(101) is comprised. An LED(103) is formed on the first plastic substrate(101). A resin(107) covers the LED(103). An insulating film is deposited on the resin(107). A semiconductor element(110) is formed on the insulating film. A liquid crystal cell is electrically connected to the semiconductor element(110). The second plastic substrate(113) is comprised. The semiconductor element(110) and the liquid crystal cell are formed between the first plastic substrate(101) and the second plastic substrate(113).
