CONTROL SIMULATOR FOR POTABLE PLC EDUCATION

PURPOSE: A control simulator for a potable PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) education is provided to improve convenience of carrying and keeping by dividing a housing into a controller housing and a pneumatic equipment receiving housing to connect them with a hinge. CONSTITUTION: A housing(2) is formed with a controller housing(3) and a pneumatic equipment receiving housing(4). A carrying handle(6) is provided on a side of the housing and a support pad is adhered to a lower surface of the carrying handle. The control housing has a PLC(20) and a pneumatic tank(21) and is provided with a power connector(8) on a side. A control panel(10) is fixed on an upper surface of the control housing. A PLC checking hole(11) and a pneumatic installing hole(12) are passed through the control panel. A power switch(13), a power port(14), an input port(16), and an output port are installed on the control panel. The pneumatic equipment receiving housing is provided with plural components rooms(32) and a drawer(31) having a grip(33). A magnetic material metal plate(30) is fixed on a surface of the pneumatic equipment receiving housing. A manual pneumatic pump(24) is provided with a pressure gage(25) and supplies compressed air to the pneumatic tank. A testing equipment is installed on a device plate buried with a permanent magnet.
