PURPOSE: A method of producing X-ray image detector panel and photoconductor layer of x-ray image detector panel and protection layer fabricated on the photoconductor layer of X-ray image detector panel are provided to simplify a fabricating process by using a mixing ratio of a photoconductor layer and a binder. CONSTITUTION: A readout panel is prepared to sense an electric signal on the surface as a digital signal. A binder is fabricated by mixing PVB of 10 to 40 weight percent with DGMA of 30 to 75 weight percent. A paste is fabricated by mixing a photo-reaction material of 10 to 100 weight percent including a photo-conductive material or a phosphor with the binder of 0 to 90 weight percent. The paste is printed on the readout panel by using a screen-printing method. The printed panel is dried under the temperature of 60 to 130 degrees centigrade.
