PURPOSE: To use colloidal micelle derived from marine humus and activated minerals in the cultivation of microorganisms for improving efficiency of biological sewage and wastewater treatment. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of supplying some of return sludge settled in sedimentation tank of the activated sludge process of sewage and wastewater as a microbial inoculant into a microorganism cultivation tank(1) comprising a bioreactor(2) in which pellet(3) of marine humus colloidal micelle and activated mineral(4) are filled; adjusting oxidation reduction potential of the mixture to the range of +250 to +300 mV by supplying hydrogen peroxide to the microorganism cultivation tank, and supplying air to the microorganism cultivation tank and a lower part of the bioreactor through a diffuser, thereby maintaining dissolved oxygen concentration to 2 mg/L or more so that microorganisms are activated by receiving chelate organic acid mineral and activating materials as nutrient solution and air are passing through marine humus colloidal micelle pellet layer and activated mineral layer; and supplying the activated microbial nutrient solution to an aeration tank to improve treatment efficiency of sewage and wastewater.
