PURPOSE: Provided are baby and child-care shoes, which are devised not to damage the feet of a frail baby or child. CONSTITUTION: The baby and child-care shoe(20) comprises: a shoe sole portion(21), a vamp portion(22), a first lateral portion(23) and a second lateral portion(24), wherein the front end of the vamp portion is connected to the front end of the shoe sole portion, the first and second lateral portions have single twisting portions(23a,24a) facing each other on the vamp portion, the single twisting portions of the first and second lateral portions are positioned on the vamp portion and extend to the front end of the shoe sole portion, and the front parts(E) of the single twisting portions of the first and second lateral portions, which are closed to the front end of the shoe sole portion, are sewn to the vamp portion.
