METHOD FOR DOPAMINERGIC NEURONAL DIFFERENTIATION FROM RAT EMBRYONIC NEURAL PRECURSORS BY NURR1 OVEREXPRESSION TO INCREASE DIFFERENTIATION RATE OF DOPAMINERGIC NEURON FROM NEURAL STEM CELL
PURPOSE: A method for dopaminergic neuronal differentiation from rat embryonic neural precursors by Nurr1 overexpression is provided, thereby increasing differentiation rate of dopaminergic neuron from neural stem cell. Therefore, the differentiated dopaminergic neuron can be useful for treatment of neurodegenerative disorder such as Parkinson's disease. CONSTITUTION: The method for dopaminergic neuronal differentiation from rat embryonic neural precursors by Nurr1 overexpression comprises transfection or transduction of gene Nurr1 into the neural stem cell and overexpressing the gene Nurr1, wherein the neural stem cell is isolated from ventral midbrain, cortex or lateral ganglionic eminence in mammals; the neural stem cell is isolated from an embryo; the mammal is human; and the neural stem cell is isolated from an embryo of 12 to 16 day-old rats.
