摘要

PURPOSE: A specific contents non-charging system using charging functions by IPs and a method thereof are provided to activate advertisement by reducing refusal to mobile advertisement by not charging for specific web pages. CONSTITUTION: A base station/base station controller(200) wirelessly connect with a wireless terminal(100), and secure the mobility of the wireless terminal(100). A switching center(300) executes wireless data service connection to the wireless terminal(100) wirelessly connected through the base station/base station controller(200). A service server(400) has a charged IP(Internet Protocol), connects to the wireless terminal(100) through the base station/base station controller(200) and the switching center(300). The service server(400) possesses wireless data service contents to be supplied to the wireless terminal(100) and receives specific contents provided from a specific server having a non-charged IP to combine the wireless data service contents with the specific contents. A charging server(500) connects to the switching center(300), and charges the wireless data service by IPs while not charging for advertisement contents having the non-charged IP.
