摘要

PURPOSE: To increase the removal rate of nutrients and organics from wastewater by not only passing wastewater through a sludge bed formed inside a partitioned anoxic basin but also forming a contact media bed formed inside the partitioned anoxic basin. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a partitioned anoxic basin(30) where an anoxic sludge bed(33) removing organic materials and nitrogen components from wastewater by a biological denitrification by using the organic materials contained in the wastewater and a contact media bed(39) decomposing the organic materials contained in the wastewater by using anaerobic microorganism are sequentially formed; a submerged membrane separation basin(70) decomposing the organic materials and accumulating phosphorous by using an aerobic microorganism, nitrifying ammonia nitrogen and solid-liquid separating sludge and treated water through a separation membrane module(75); and a return means consisting of a return pipe(61) and a return pump(62), and returning the nitrified solution in the submerged membrane separation basin to the partitioned anoxic basin.
