PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for researching a route reflecting on a traffic burst condition are provided to give the convenience to the driver by supplying the information corresponding to the traffic situation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for researching a route reflecting on a traffic burst condition includes a mobile terminal(210), a traffic information supplying server(220). The mobile terminal(210) mounted on the vehicle receives the traffic information through a wireless communication network. And, the traffic information supplying server(220) supplies the path information requested from the mobile terminal(210) and supplies the new path generated against the traffic burst condition in real time to the mobile terminal(210).
