PURPOSE: Provided is a cold spray nozzle for continuous operation, which is provided with a convergence section and a divergence section and thus a pathway for emission of powder material wherein at least the divergence section is formed with polybenzimidazole. CONSTITUTION: The cold spray nozzle is provided with a convergence section and a divergence section and thus a pathway for emission of powder material wherein at least the divergence section is formed with polybenzimidazole. In one embodiment, the convergence section is also formed with polybenzimidazole. Also is provided a cold spray system comprising powder material feed, a mixer for mixing the powder material feed with gas and a nozzle which is connected to the mixer and is provided with pathway for emission of powder material onto handicraft. Again, in the cold spray system, at least the divergence section is formed with polybenzimidazole.
