ALL-WEATHER CONCAVE AND CONVEX OR FLAT COLOR ASPHALT PAVEMENT AND ROAD, AND ALL-WEATHER COLOR APARTMENT BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION FOR PREVENTING TROPICAL NIGHT AND REGULATING RAINFALL

PURPOSE: A method for paving an all-weather concave and convex or flat road with color asphalt, and an all-weather color apartment building for preventing tropical night and regulating rainfall are provided to cut down cost by mixing cement, concrete, gravel, sand, waste tire powder, silicone powder, synthetic resin powder, rubber powder, water-soluble color paint and water with electric equipments and a mixer through a remote controller and by pouring ready mixed concrete with a moving vehicle, and to reduce the construction period of the building with a roof garden and an underground water tank by mixing cement, sand, water-soluble color paint, a waterproof agent and water and by binding a steel structure with wires. CONSTITUTION: Cement, gravel, sand, waste tire powder, silicone powder, synthetic resin powder, rubber powder, water-soluble paint, concrete and water are blended by a mixer, and ready mixed concrete is poured from a moving vehicle by a remote controller with a rechargeable battery. An all-weather concave and convex or flat road is paved with color asphalt, and various pictures and patterns are formed in the various color roads to prevent the traffic accident by distinguishing roads. An all-weather apartment building is constructed by mixing cement, sand, color paint, a waterproof agent, concrete and water and by fastening a steel structure with wires. A roof garden and an underground water storage tank are installed around the building to prevent tropical night by regulating rainfall and by guiding seepage water around the building into the underground water storage tank.
