MEDIA FOR AMMONIA GAS DEODORIZATION COMPRISING EARTHWORM CASTINGS, BARK AND ZEOLITE, AND BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT METHOD OF AMMONIA GAS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An ammonia gas deodorizing media comprising earthworm castings, bark and zeolite is provided which is economical and has superior ammonia gas treatment efficiency, and a biological treatment method of ammonia gas using the ammonia gas deodorizing media is provided. CONSTITUTION: The ammonia gas deodorizing media comprises earthworm castings, bark and zeolite, wherein the media comprises earthworm castings, bark and zeolite in a volume ratio of 7 to 9 : 1 to 3 : 0.1 to 3. The biological treatment method of ammonia gas comprises a step (a) of preparing a biofilter by filling an ammonia gas deodorizing media comprising earthworm castings, bark and zeolite into a filter; and a step (b) of deodorizing ammonia gas by flowing in ammonia gas into the biofilter.
