PURPOSE: A paddy land levelling device is provided to level the land after a rotor work by forming a rotor on the back surface of auxiliary land levelling devices formed at both sides of the paddy land levelling device. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a horizontal adjusting portion having a connecting frame(101) connecting a main rotor(104) to a tractor, a triangular frame(103) formed at the lower side of a tractor connecting frame, and the main rotor(104) for harrowing the ground; a power transmitting portion having auxiliary land levelling devices(204) at both sides of a main land levelling device(301) and an auxiliary rotor(205) formed on the back surface of the auxiliary land levelling device(204); a hinge portion(300) having the main land levelling device(301) formed at the front lower end of the main rotor(104); a spring portion; and a fixing portion.
