CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing a failure of an injector comprises steps of determining whether the current state of an engine is in a fuel cut state(110); prohibiting injection(120); determining whether a voltage value of an oxygen sensor is the lowest limit value by the fuel-cut(130); prohibiting new monitoring of the injector; executing new monitoring of the injector(140); executing new monitoring of the injector(150); determining whether a signal is measured for predetermined time while the voltage value of the oxygen sensor is over the lowest value(160); deciding the injector state as oil leakage of the injector and executing injection by injectors(170); determining the inversion and level of the oxygen sensor are larger than the inversion and level of injector oil leakage state; and deciding the injected injector as a failure state and turning on a malfunction operation indication lamp.
