CALCIUM AND PHOSPHATE IONS-CONTAINING COATING COMPOSITION FOR CERAMIC WARE, SHOWING THIN AND NATURAL TEXTURE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND CERAMIC WARE COATED WITH THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A coating composition for ceramic ware, its preparation method and a ceramic ware coated with the composition are provided, to form a thin coating having a natural gloss on the surface of a ceramic ware. CONSTITUTION: The coating composition comprises an acid solution and contains a calcium ion and a phosphate ion. Preferably the acid is phosphoric acid or acetic acid, and the molar ratio of the calcium ion and the phosphate ion is 1 : 1-4. The method comprises the step of dissolving a calcium compound and a phosphor compound in an acid solution. Preferably the method comprises the step of mixing a calcium salt aqueous solution or a calcium phosphate compound with a phosphoric acid solution. Preferably the calcium salt is selected from the group consisting of hydroxides, chloride, acetates and nitrates of calcium.
