PURPOSE: A method and system for implementing a function of a pseudo mobile communication subscriber with a WCDMA R4 separation type structure are provided to offer pseudo mobile communication subscribers various functions provided for 2-generation or 2.5-generation. Media gateways(220,260) allocate a physical line to the pseudo subscriber terminals(222,262) and store the allocated physical line and termination information. Mobile switching servers(210,250) control the physical line, collect digits, process a call and control a state of the pseudo subscriber terminals(222,262) by interworking with the media gateways(220,260). HLRs(Home Location Registers)(230,270) generate, change and delete basic information of a general mobile communication subscriber, information on a supplementary service and basic information of the pseudo mobile communication subscribers.
