Purpose: providing the material composition of the sound insulation for vehicle, with an a large amount of filler is used, significantly increases the performance of sound insulation and to enough mechanical performances to compatibility. Construction: the material composition of sound insulation contains a polyethylene or poly- alkene chloride-based polymer as a base material and 5-35wt% as a kind of ferroelectric piezoelectric material (PZT) of a filler, and wherein PZT is Pb0.94Ca0.06 (Zr0.53Ti0.47) 03. PZT is generated by mixing PbO powder, ZrO2 powder, TiO2 powder and calcium carbonate powder and using wet dry ball mill-dry process.
