PURPOSE: A method and a system for the AD(ADvertisement) auction, and an AD auction distributing method are provided to enable an advertiser to maximize an AD effect, offer a customer with an opportunity to buy goods the lowest price by joining in the auction, and dissolve an unsatisfied feeling of failed bidders by offering incentives. CONSTITUTION: An AD auction product/service database(114) stores the AD auction product/service contents. An AD auction joiner/result database(115) stores personal information and an AD auction result for the AD auction joiner. An AD auction manager server(113) operates an AD auction homepage(111), manages settlement, and distributes the incentive. A web server(112) makes the AD auction realized on the AD auction homepage.
