DETECTION METHOD OF ESCHERICHIA COLI O157:H7 USING COMBINED IMS AND LIA PROCEDURE, THEREBY RAPIDLY AND EASILY DETECTING ESCHERICHIA COLI O157:H7, AND DETERMINING CONCENTRATION OF ESCHERICHIA COLI O157:H7
PURPOSE: A detection method of Escherichia coli O157:H7 using combined IMS and LIA procedure is provided, thereby rapidly and easily detecting Escherichia coli O157:H7, and determining concentration of Escherichia coli O157:H7 within a test sample by appearance change intensity in the reaction region on a strip. CONSTITUTION: The detection method of Escherichia coli O157:H7 using combined IMS and LIA procedure by observing the appearance change using a marker comprises the steps of: (a) mixing the test sample with immunomagnetic beads coated with an anti-Escherichia coli O157:H7 IgG antibody; (b) mixing immune liposome which comprises a marker in its inside and binds with the anti-Escherichia coli O157:H7 IgG antibody in its surface with the product of step (a); and (c) capturing the unbound immune liposome of step (b) in the reaction region on a test strip, wherein the marker is light absorbing materials, fluorescence materials, electrochemical materials or chemiluminescence materials..
