PURPOSE: A withdrawal service system for stock selling money and a method thereof are provided to satisfy needs of traders wanting to withdraw cash instantly. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) enables the user to trade stocks through Internet(10). A database stores stock trading information through the user terminal. A cash withdrawal service server provides a cash withdrawal service depending on a predetermined interest rate by using the stock selling money as a security depending on the information stored in the database. The cash withdrawal service server displays one of a cash withdrawal page inputting user information, an interest rate page depending on trading amount and the security, and a page providing a box for selecting a withdrawal price and a withdrawal data to the user terminal.
