PURPOSE: A frequency hopping system, and an apparatus for displaying a data communication state of a mobile terminal are provided to improve the reliability of displaying the possibility of data communication. CONSTITUTION: A receiving system(301) of a mobile BTS(Base Transceiver Station) detects uplink information from receiving signals passing through a wireless channel(303) including intentional and unintentional interference, noise, and multi-path fading by using a synchronization acquisition pattern. A transmitting system(302) of the mobile BTS outputs a transmitting signal including the uplink information. A mobile wireless terminal detects and combines the uplink information, downlink information, and RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator) of a signal from the transmitting signal passing through the wireless channel(303) to judge and display the possibility of data communication.
