摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a dust discharge system in coal moisture control process to prevent formation of adhesion coal by effectively coping with dew condensation generated in dust collector and smoothly treat dust in dryer by clearing discharge defect of dust in vessel, thereby obtaining stable operation. CONSTITUTION: The dust discharge system comprises a water ball (91) installed at the center inside dust collector (20); water supply valve (93) and water circulation valve capable of injecting cooling water into the water ball; nozzles (92a,92b) installed to remove dust formed on the surface of the water ball; a nitrogen purge valve (92) for supplying pressurized nitrogen into the nozzles (92a,92b); a plurality sets of nozzles (103) installed downward in a spiral shape on a lower part of vessel; a nitrogen supply valve (101) for supplying nitrogen into the nozzles (103); and a pressure circulation valve (102) for circulating pressure inside the vessel.
