PURPOSE: A method for production of γ-aminobutyric acid-enforced fermentative products from lactic acid bacteria, and use thereof are provided. The lactic acid bacteria mass-produces γ-aminobutyric acids which have various bio-stimulating activities such as enhancement of brain metabolism to prevent dementia. CONSTITUTION: The method for production of γ-aminobutyric acid-enforced fermentative products from lactic acid bacteria comprises the steps of: inoculating 0.5 to 1.0% of lactic acid bacteria selected from Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus or Leuconostoc into MRS medium 1 to 10% of containing glutamic acid, and culturing the medium for 1 to 96 hours to convert glutamic acid into gamma-aminobutyric acid, wherein milk or pulverized bean may be used instead of the MRS medium.
