摘要

PURPOSE: A microorganism for stimulation of composting of organic waste is provided, which has excellent amylase, protease, cellulase and lipase activities. Therefore, it can be useful for stimulation of composting of organic waste. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism, Bacillus sp. MB23, for stimulation of composting of organic waste has improved polymer decomposing activity including amylase, protease, cellulase and lipase activities, wherein Bacillus sp. MB23 is isolated from a fermenting device; the amylase activity is measured by using a nutrient agar medium containing soluble starch; the protease activity is measured by using a nutrient agar medium containing skim milk; the cellulase activity is measured by using a medium containing CM-cellulose; and the lipase activity is measured by using LB medium containing tributyrin.
