The method for production of egg containing anti-E.coli IgY and anti-Helicobacter pylori IgY and anti-Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium simultaneously, and egg, yolk, yogurt and ice-cream containing specific IgY for anti-E.coli and anti-Helicobacter pylori and anti-Salmonella enteritidis and anti-Salmonella typhimurium
PURPOSE: A process of preparing an egg containing special immunoprotein in an egg by inoculating mixed bacteria emulsions of E. coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and Helicobacter pylori into a chicken is provided. Therefore, a dairy product such as yogurt, ice creams and the like containing eggs, egg yolks or immunoprotein prepared by the method is produced. CONSTITUTION: Each antigen of E. coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhimurium and Helicobacter pylori is mixed and emulsified in a specified ratio with aluminum hydroxide, 1ml mixed bacteria emulsion is inoculated into a chicken one time, 1ml mixed bacteria emulsion using an emulsion adjuvant(ISA25) is inoculated 2 times in time intervals of a week from a second inoculation, and 0.5ml mixed bacteria emulsion using the emulsion adjuvant(ISA25) is inoculated into laying hens 2 times in time intervals of three months. The biomass number inoculated into the chicken has a ratio of E. coli antigen, Salmonella enteritidis antigen, Salmonella typhimurium antigen, Helicobacter pylori antigen and emulsion adjuvant of 1.5:1:1:3.5:3.
