Without adhesive parts development of EPDM rubber and plastic, and manufacturing method thereof

PURPOSE: Provided are a rubber part formed by bonding an EPDM(ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber to a conventional amorphous engineering plastic without using an adhesive and a process for producing the non-adhesive type rubber part. CONSTITUTION: The non-adhesive type part of the EDPM rubber and the plastic is produced by the process comprising the steps of: injecting the amorphous engineering plastic at 180-200deg.C; coating the injected plastic with an EDPM rubber composition and then injecting at 170-190deg.C, wherein the EDPM rubber composition contains 80-100pts.wt. of the EDPM rubber containing 45-55% of ethylene and 2-6% of ENB(ethylidene norbornene), 70-90pts.wt. of a carbon black, 8-12pts.wt. of an adhesion reinforcing additive, 4-6pts.wt. of zinc oxide, 0.8-1.2pts.wt. of a processing oil, 0.5-1.5pts.wt. of a heat-resistant anti-aging agent, 1.2-1.8pts.wt. of a peroxide crosslinking aid, and 4-8pts.wt. of a peroxide accelerator.
