PURPOSE: System and method for actuating an artificial intelligence toy robot using RF communication are provided to allow a user to freely input various learning programs to the robot. CONSTITUTION: The system for actuating an artificial intelligence toy robot(300) containing an RF transmitter(50) for the Blue-tooth or RF communication between the robot and a computer(200) comprises a microprocessor(100) containing an artificial intelligence program(10), which serves to interpret the artificial intelligence script language; a memory part(20) connected to the microprocessor; a voice processing part(30); and a control part(40) for controlling the action of the robot.
