PURPOSE: A system for transmitting moving picture information in a subway building and an electric train in real time is provided to transmit data in a specific designated portion and a tunnel section of a subway in real time using a roaming method which has no disconnected phenomenon while a subway is running. CONSTITUTION: A central data center(20) of a broadcasting station(10) supplies information including various kinds of contents in real time. Each subway building data center(40) is connected to the central data center(20) through a private line and has a wide area communication network for connecting a LAN to other LAN through a high speed transmission communication network. A contents distribution server is mounted at a subway building section at regular intervals and distributes wire moving picture information to the subway building by a continuous RF link through an access point. An electric train server(50) is connected through the Internet in real time through RF transmission information of the access point at any position in the subway building, has an LCD or PDP display device, and receives information transmitted to one side of the electric train by wireless for displaying the information on the display device by a control of a server.
