PREPARATION METHOD OF YEAST CONTAINING ORGANIC SELENIUM(SE)-IODINE(I) COMPLEX

PURPOSE: A preparation method of yeast containing organic selenium(Se)-iodine(I) complex is provided, which organic selenium(Se)-iodine(I) complex can prevent various diseases, and is useful in feeds, health food and medicines because it has no toxicity and high absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of yeast containing organic selenium(Se)-iodine(I) complex comprises the steps of: (1) seed-culturing Saccharomyces cerevisiae or Candida albicans; (2) inoculating the seed-cultured Saccharomyces cerevisiae or Candida albicans into GY medium containing 0.1 to 1.0 g/l of iodine and culturing the microorganism; (3) after the certain time of cultivation is passed, adding an optimal fed-batch medium containing selenium is added into the culturing medium, and culturing the microorganism; and (4) concentrating, destroying and drying the cultured Saccharomyces cerevisiae or Candida albicans containing the organic selenium(Se)-iodine(I) complex, wherein the Saccharomyces cerevisiae is Saccharomyces cerevisiae Ya(KCTC 7107), Saccharomyces cerevisiae Yb(KCTC 7919), Saccharomyces cerevisiae Yc(KCTC 7928), Saccharomyces cerevisiae Yd(KCTC 7965) or Saccharomyces cerevisiae Ye(KCTC 7963).
