PURPOSE: A current transformer and a three-phase unbalanced abnormal detection apparatus are provided to prevent the power failure by taking action in advance before the failure of line is generated by automatically sensing the three-phase unbalanced generation by improving a conventional apparatus required to a check implemented by a person when a midnight load is increased and an abrupt load is increased due to the substation automation, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the service.
