A thrombus solublizer comprising extract of Cordyceps militaris and Paecilomyces japonica and their enzyme

PURPOSE: A vegetable worms extract from Cordyceps militaris and Paecilomyces japonica and thrombolase separated therefrom are provided, which show good thrombolysis activity, can be administrated easily by oral, and show no side effect such as general blooding. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of vegetable worms extract and thrombolase separated therefrom showing thrombolysis activity comprises the steps of: preparing Cordyceps militaris and Paecilomyces sample; adding same volume of sterilized water to each fruit body of the Cordyceps militaris and Paecilomyces, and homogenizing; collecting the supernatant, adding 100% EtOH, and shaking for an hour at 4deg.C; collecting the supernatant again, and making total EtOH concentration to be 70%; centrifuging the solution at 1200xg, dissolving the prepared precipitation in 10mM citrate pH6.0 buffer solution(in case of a mycelium, sonication was used); and then separating and refining enzyme protein showing thrombocyte-agglutination inhibition activity from each sample extract.
