PURPOSE: A conduit for slope underdrainage is provided to prevent the loss or breaking of a natural slope of a conduit or a road. CONSTITUTION: The conduit for slope underdrainage comprises the steps of: installing a drainageway(25) on an upper plane of a slope(22) where blocks(23) are assembled in the diamond shape to an incline formed by piling soil; and connecting a drainpipe(26), which is provided with a perforated hole(30) and laid under the soil, with a drainage opening(27) of the drainageway(25) to discharge to an outlet(28) formed on both walls of a conduit(21).
