The magnetic abrasive grain manufacturing method using the mechanical alloying method of the invention comprising the steps of: (a) mixing the magnetic particles and abrasive particles at a predetermined ratio, (b) magnetic particles in the mixture of magnetic particles and abrasive particles is formed in step (a) and adding an alcohol or a surface active agent to facilitate the mixture as a percentage of the abrasive particles, and (c) by compression bonding the abrasive particles to the surface of the magnetic particles by applying a mechanical impact to the mixture formed in step (b) the magnetic abrasive and a step of forming the particles. According to this method can produce a magnetic abrasive particles having a ferromagnetic and a combination ratio of the magnetic particles and abrasive particles constant.
