FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out selective catheterization of blood vessels feeding the lumps and introducing synthetic embolizing material into them. Intermediate stage and final embolization control is carried out within the operation by applying optical spectroscopy examination in 200-1500 nm bandwidth. The operation is finished when achieving cerebral oximetry values actual in pre-embolization period. EFFECT: avoided radiopaque substances administration; excluded risk of complications caused by their toxic action. 2 dwg
