FIELD: medicine, surgery.;SUBSTANCE: one should isolate elbow nerve with its blood-supplying vascular arcade from the level of axillary fossa up to antebrachium collateral elbow joints to be treated and resected in the site of their branching from brachial ones. One should reverse the section of elbow nerve onto antebrachium, then it should be sutured with the end of median nerve at the level of elbow fossa, and at the level of radiocarpal joint - with distal sections of median nerve and surface volar branching of ulnar nerve.;EFFECT: higher efficiency and decreased traumaticity level of operation.;6 dwg, 1 ex
