A composition (A) for topical and/or systemic use in the photodynamic therapy (PDT) of epithelial and/or non-epithelial tumors or psoriasis contains ketoprofen (I) (or its salt and/or derivative) at 0.05-20 wt. %, together with carriers and auxiliaries. An Independent claim is included for the use of (I) (or its salts and/or derivatives), at a concentration of 0.05-20 wt. %, in the production of a medicament for the PDT of epithelial and/or non-epithelial tumors or psoriasis using UV-light.
