Device for improving viewing resolution, and viewing capabilities of a computer user using a computer for a long time. Said device comprises upper and lower adjustable hole shutters attached to eye spectacle lenses in the front of each eye. The upper and lower shutters can be turned or adjusted independently of each other. The invention also relates to corresponding use of the device, whereby the user looks through the holes at a high intensity light through transparent colored lenses. The eyes are then shut for a few seconds and then opened again. The size of the holes are reduced and the eyes opened and closed again. The whole cycle is repeated a number of times.
