Clutch disk for a friction clutch comprises at least one first friction element (14) with a first friction surface (22) and at least one second friction element (16) with a second friction surface (26). The first and the second friction elements are provided with the same counter-friction element (24) of a friction clutch for friction interaction. In an inactive friction state the first friction surface of the first friction element and the second friction surface of the second friction element are offset from each other in the direction of a clutch disk axis (A). An Independent claim is also included for a friction clutch comprising the above clutch disk. Preferred Features: The first and second friction elements are made of different materials. The second friction element is made of sinter or ceramic friction material and has a higher friction coefficient and wear-resistance than the first friction element, which is made of an organic friction material.
