The system comprises a number of worktops (2) each with a semicircular space for the insertion of an individually assembled tool arrangement (10) and a second plate (7) positioned underneath for being pulled out if required. The worktops (2) are joined with a long frame with legs on both ends and a central segment covering the supply ducts. Each of the technicians is equipped with a cabinet (4) on castors containing the individual tools (13), which can be moved to the worktop (2) fitted for a particular job.
