The sensor arrangement (39) has a bridge arrangement in which at least one element is dependent on the measurement parameter, first and second supply voltage connections (44,46). The method involves changing a first potential on the first connection in a first direction if the temperature of the sensor arrangement is changing in a predefined direction and changing a second potential on the second connection in the opposite direction in this event. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a sensor arrangement with a half- or full-bridge circuit with temperature-dependent operating behavior.
