The exercise machine has a base frame (1) standing on the floor. It holds a movable frame (2) supporting an elongated backrest (24) with side handles (27) grasped by the user. A small seat (22) is pivoted on a tilting frame piece (31) rigidly attached to the upright (3) carrying the handles (324).
