The lengths of the tensioning elements each correspond approximately to a story height. The tensioning elements in the form of round rods or bars each extend between a cantilever and uppermost balcony platform, between the uppermost platform and next lower platform, between the next lower platform and a platform lower by a story height. The tensioning elements are fastened by their respective ends to the cantilever and to the balcony platforms.
