The arrangement of the wheel (2) on the axle comprises a braking system and a deflector (3), mounted on a support (6), for channeling the outside air to a braking part (1). The deflector comprises a flexible portion (4) allowing its elastic deformation relative to the braking part so that during an increase of vehicle speed the deflector is deformed by the air pressure to increase the air quantity led to the braking part.
