The insole, designed to be worn inside footwear to support the sole of the foot, is made from assembled thermoplastic components. It has an upper surface (2) that corresponds to the shape of the sole, covering a proximal support for the metatarsus (3), and a rear support for the tarsus (26). The proximal element has a recess (6) that corresponds to the head of the metatarses and forms a supporting arch (7) on a transverse line corresponding to the interdigital joints. The rear element has a recess (10) that corresponds to the position of the posterior tuberosity of the calcaneum and contains a foam shock absorber, and its forward end has outer (16) and inner (15) extensions to support the cuboid and scaphoid bones.
