The electromagnetic vibrating system resensitises the human voice and sound. Sounds are applied to the patients skin to aid in resensitising the hard of hearing to sounds and to aid in speech. The electromagnetic vibrating system has a skin probe which test the level of insensitivity of the patient to sounds. A flexible band can also be applied around the patients throat. Use of the device allows resensitisation of patients to sounds.
