The equipment (1) comprises an osteosynthesis plate (2a) drilled with holes (3a,3b,4) for its fixing by screws (5,6) to bone parts to be reunited. The plate is integral with a leg (2b), able to be inserted in the distal bone part, having at its free end a profile (9) favoring its penetration into the bone. The plate comprises a longitudinal proximal slot (4) in a location such that it comes opposite the proximal bone part when the leg is engaged in the bone. The slot receives a screw (6) and is edged by walls forming ramps so that when the screw head engaged in the slot bears against them a longitudinal displacement of the plate results bringing together the two parts of the bone.
