The track (C1-3) may have several lanes side-by-side and may have branches and loops. Points (A1) with movable barriers may control the entry to each loop. Several vehicles (V1-3) may run on the track. Each vehicle has its own electric motor and control system and has brush contacts drawing current from conductors on the track. Current for the system is drawn from the mains via a transformer (T1) and is supplied to a control circuit (STEUERUNG) with a switch and a data input (DATEN).
